5A. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

Good People Everywhere has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, harmful, or abusive content. This

includes, but is not limited to:

• hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation

• violent or graphic content

• sexually explicit material

• illegal, discriminatory, or misleading content

• impersonation or malicious behaviour

Users who violate this policy may have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently

terminated without notice.5B. USER BLOCKING

Users may block other users within the app at any time. Blocking prevents further interaction, visibility, and con-

tact from the blocked user. If you experience abusive behaviour, we encourage you to use the blocking feature

and also report the content to our team.

6. CONTENT YOU SHARE

• You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, text, videos, etc.).

• By posting, you grant Good People Everywhere a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display,

distribute, and create derivative works of your content in connection with the Services.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you share.

6A. CONTENT REPORTING & 24-HOUR ACTION POLICY

If you encounter objectionable or abusive content, you may report it directly through the app.

Good People Everywhere will review all reports and take appropriate action—removing the content and, where

necessary, suspending or ejecting the user—within 24 hours of receiving the report.

7. OUR RIGHTS

• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate our rules.

• We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

• Developer Response Within 24 Hours.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, and software related to Good People Everywhere are owned by or licensed to Good People

Everywhere Ltd. You may not use our branding without permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may include links to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for the content or

practices of those third parties.

10. DISCLAIMERS

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be

uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good People Everywhere Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
